We are looking for a talented 3D Artist with bachelor's degree in architecture with strong expertise in SketchUp and rendering software to create high-quality architectural and design visualizations. The ideal candidate should be able to transform concepts, CAD drawings, or references into realistic 3D models and renders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders
- Work on architectural/exterior/interior visualization projects
- Apply materials, lighting, and textures effectively
- Collaborate to understand design requirements and deliver on time
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in SketchUp
- Experience with rendering software such as:
- V-Ray
- Lumion
- Enscape
- Twinmotion (any equivalent is a plus)
- Valuable understanding of lighting, textures, and composition
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings or concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in architectural visualization
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or Blender (optional but beneficial)
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D work
