Job Description – Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day interior execution at residential project sites, ensuring quality workmanship, timely completion, proper material usage, and coordination with workers and vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior execution work, including carpentry, modular installation, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, and other finishing works.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, vendors, and installation teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved designs, drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct regular quality checks and rectify defects or execution issues.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, consumption, and wastage at the site.
- Coordinate with the design team and Project Manager to resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain daily site progress reports with photographs and updates.
- Ensure proper site cleanliness, safety, and protection of installed materials.
- Prepare snag lists, coordinate rectification,



and ensure the site is ready for client handover.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide regular progress updates when required.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior execution or site supervision.
- Valuable knowledge of modular furniture installation, carpentry, and interior finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and interior layouts.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bangalore.
- Ability to manage workers and multiple site activities efficiently.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely completion of assigned project activities.
- Quality of workmanship and reduction in rework.
- Accuracy of execution against approved drawings.
- Material wastage and site material management.
- Timely submission of daily progress reports.
- Snag closure and client handover readiness.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a proactive, disciplined, and accountable individual who can take ownership of site execution and maintain Dream Dots Interiors' standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
