Job Description: Sr. Manager – Inside Sales

Department: Sales
Reports To: Founder
Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Purpose

To lead the Inside Sales team, generate new business leads, connect with corporate clients, and help the company increase its business.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Inside Sales team.

- Plan monthly sales targets and achieve them with the team.

- Generate recent leads for commercial properties, offices, warehouses, and industrial spaces.

- Contact companies, business owners, and potential customers.

- Check customer requirements and pass good leads to the Business Development team.

- Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, meetings, and lead conversion.

- Maintain proper records in CRM or Excel.

- Train team members and improve their sales skills.





- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

- Coordinate with the Business Development team to generate more business.

Required Skills

- Good communication and team management skills.

- Experience in sales and lead generation.

- Ability to achieve targets and manage a team.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.

- Experience in real estate or B2B sales is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of qualified leads generated by the team.

- Number of customer meetings arranged.

- Achievement of monthly team targets.

- Lead conversion and follow-up performance.

- Team productivity and CRM record accuracy.
