Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Maintenance Engineers to ensure the smooth and reliable operation of plant machinery, equipment, electrical systems, and utility systems. Candidates having experience in both Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance in an automotive components manufacturing environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Attend and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns with minimum machine downtime.
- Maintain and monitor production machinery, equipment, utilities, and electrical systems.
- Diagnose faults in motors, panels, sensors, PLC systems, drives, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Carry out mechanical maintenance of CNC machines, VMC, SPM, drilling, grinding, welding, stamping, and other production equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, servo drives, control panels, sensors, and electrical circuits.
- Attend problems related to pneumatic and hydraulic systems, compressors, pumps, and other utilities.
- Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
- Maintain machine-wise maintenance history, breakdown records, spare-parts records, and maintenance reports.
- Analyze recurring breakdowns and implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to minimize machine downtime and production losses.




- Ensure availability and proper control of critical maintenance spares.
- Support installation, commissioning, shifting, and modification of new and existing machinery.
- Coordinate with external service providers and machine suppliers whenever required.
- Ensure proper functioning of DG, compressor, electrical panels, pumps, lighting, and other plant utilities.
- Follow all electrical safety, machine safety, LOTO, 5S, and statutory safety requirements.
- Support continuous improvement activities for machine reliability, energy saving, and maintenance cost reduction.
- Guide and supervise maintenance technicians and operators during maintenance activities.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Related Engineering disciplines

Experience

- 3–8 years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance.
- Experience in an automotive components manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in either Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance may also be considered.
- Candidates having both Electrical & Mechanical maintenance experience will be given preference.

Preferred Technical Skills

Electrical:

- PLC troubleshooting

Mechanical:

Experience in maintenance of machines such as:

- Compressors and other plant utilities
