Position: Client Relationship Executive – Billing
Location: Ashok Vihar (Phase 3), Delhi
Experience: 1–3 Years
Salary: Good hike on last CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls/emails related to billing & payments.
- Maintain billing records & share payment outstanding reports.
- Follow up with clients for payments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch & Accounts teams.
- Maintain good client relationships and resolve billing issues.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication & client handling
- Positive in MS Excel
- Strong follow-up & coordination skills
