Job Summary

As Content Director, you will own the content vision for the company, from concept and shoots to catalogues and digital campaigns. You will lead the creative team and make sure everything we publish reflects the craftsmanship and prestige of our jewellery for global buyers.

Responsibilities

- Define and maintain the brand’s visual identity, tone, and storytelling across all channels
- Develop content strategy aligned with export goals and key markets (USA, Europe, UK, Middle East)
- Lead and mentor photographers, designers, videographers, retouchers, and copywriters
- Direct jewellery photography and video shoots, including concept, styling, lighting, and post-production
- Ensure accurate, high-quality representation of gold, diamonds, and gemstones
- Create catalogues, line sheets, lookbooks, and trade show materials
- Plan and oversee content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, website, and B2B platforms
- Support the sales team with customised visual assets for international clients
- Manage the content calendar, budget, vendors, and digital asset library
- Track content performance and refine strategy accordingly

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- 8-12 years of experience in content creation, with at least 3 years leading a creative team
- Experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands (preferred)
- Strong portfolio of high-quality visual work (required at interview)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of jewellery photography, lighting, and retouching
- Excellent English writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of B2B and export marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with AI content tools or 3D/CGI jewellery rendering is a plus

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
