We are looking for a motivated and creative Architect Fresher to join our team at Concepts Architects & Interior Designers. The candidate should have a strong interest in architectural design, planning, and project development, along with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare 2D drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
- Work on working drawings and detailing.
- Assist with 3D modelling, rendering, and presentations.
- Coordinate with senior architects and interior designers.
- Participate in site visits and project discussions.
Requirements:
- B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
- Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of rendering software such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape is an advantage.
- Valuable design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
