We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Presales Engineer / Inside Sales Executive to understand customer requirements, identify business opportunities, generate leads, and recommend suitable solutions. Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collect, analyse, and document customer requirements.
- Conduct cold calls, outbound sales, and lead-generation activities.
- Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and market studies.
- Qualify leads and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and solution summaries.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver suitable solutions.

Required Skills





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of customer requirements and solution mapping.
- Confidence in cold calling, lead generation, and customer interactions.
- Negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

- MBA graduates, preferably in Marketing, can apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in presales, inside sales, customer service, or customer care are preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are welcome.
