Job Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, calls, and local activities.
- Conduct regular field visits and customer visits in assigned areas.
- Identify potential customers and generate vehicle enquiries.
- Explain Hyundai models, features, specifications, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations at suitable locations.
- Conduct notice activities in assigned areas for lead generation and promotions.
- Conduct vehicle display activities at different locations to generate enquiries.
- Build and maintain good relationships with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership performance.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Participate in promotional and marketing activities organized by the dealership.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel for field work are preferred.
