WE ARE HIRING REGIONAL MANAGER

Regional Manager:

A regional manager in an educational institute oversees the operations, growth, and performance of multiple branches within a designated region. Their responsibilities include ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining academic and operational standards, and achieving revenue and growth targets. They recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, develop strategic plans for regional expansion, and implement marketing campaigns tailored to local needs. Additionally, they manage budgets, foster relationships with stakeholders, and act as a liaison between branches and senior management. The role requires addressing challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and local regulations to drive regional success.

- Overseeing Operations: The primary responsibility of an Area Manager is to oversee the operations within a specific geographical area or territory.
- Team Management: They manage a team of employees, including hiring,



training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Achieving Targets: They are responsible for ensuring that the area meets or exceeds sales targets, operational goals, and other key performance indicators.
- Customer Relations: Area Managers often act as a point of contact for customers within their designated area, handling any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Strategic Planning: They develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, increase revenue, and expand market share within their area.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good Communication skills required

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
