About the Role
We are looking for a well-spoken, enthusiastic and organised Event Management Intern who wants to build a career in the events and wedding industry. This role offers practical exposure to event planning, coordination, vendor management and on-ground event execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating weddings, corporate events and private celebrations.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, clients and internal teams.
- Support event logistics, scheduling, checklists and execution plans.
- Assist with venue visits, event preparations and on-site coordination.
- Help manage event-related documentation and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth coordination during events and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Who Should Apply?
- Freshers and students or graduates interested in event management, hospitality or wedding planning.
- Candidates with positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with on-site event work and flexible hours during event days.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets is an advantage.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM; event schedules may vary.
