- Shift A: 03:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST (Midnight / Early Morning Shift)

- Shift B: 04:40 AM to 01:30 PM IST (Early Morning Shift)

This position operates from our advanced delivery center in Ahmedabad, managed under our registered Indian entity, Five Hundred Bytes Digital Marketing LLP.

Role Overview:

We are seeking high-energy, fluent English speakers for our International Telesales Process. As a Telesales Executive, you will actively engage with residential or commercial prospects in Australia, educating them on the substantial financial and environmental benefits of solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective residential and commercial clients across Australia.

- Pitch solar energy systems, qualify leads, and generate high-value sales acquisitions.

- Overcome objections professionally and handle customer queries regarding solar technology, government rebates, and pricing structures.





- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and pipeline updates within the CRM.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in International Voice Processes (Telesales or Telemarketing preferred). Outbound sales experience targeting Australian markets is highly advantageous. Freshers with exceptional English fluency and a natural sales drive will be considered.

- Communication: Near-native verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Must possess a clear accent suitable for interacting with Australian consumers.

- Competencies: Exceptionally strong negotiation skills, high resilience, persuasive power, and a target-driven mindset.

- Logistics: Willingness and capability to reliably work early morning/midnight shifts starting at 03:30 AM or 04:40 AM IST on-site at our PNTC, Ahmedabad facility.
