Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day academic operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the school.
- Monitor curriculum planning, lesson plans, classroom teaching, and syllabus completion.
- Support, guide, and supervise teachers to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
- Conduct classroom observations, academic reviews, and teacher performance assessments.
- Coordinate examinations, assessments, result analysis, and remedial initiatives.
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE guidelines, school policies, and academic requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with the Principal, teachers, students, and parents.
- Organise academic meetings, teacher training sessions, and career development activities.




- Monitor student progress, discipline, and overall academic performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
- PGT qualification in any subject preferred, particularly English or Science.
- B.Ed. is Mandatory.
- Prior experience in academic coordination or a similar leadership role in a CBSE school.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and team management skills.
- Sound understanding of CBSE curriculum, academic planning, and school operations.
- Ability to mentor teachers and drive academic excellence.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201308: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
