About the Role
Barunaha Entertainment is looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor / Cinematographer to join our Creative / Media team. You will shoot and edit high-quality video content that matches our brand and creative vision. You will report to the Creative HOD.
Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality video for corporate, social media, promotional and event projects
- Plan and execute shots with strong framing, lighting, angles and composition
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software
- Add effects, transitions, color grading, sound design and graphics
- Work with the creative/marketing team to understand project needs and deliver on brand vision
- Maintain camera, lighting and audio equipment
- Handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
- Stay updated on trends in videography,
cinematography and editing
- Organize and archive raw and edited footage
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with camera operation and cinematography techniques
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, etc.)
- Strong storytelling, visual composition and creativity
- Basic knowledge of lighting and sound equipment
- Ability to work independently and under deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Prior videography/video editing experience (portfolio required)
Preferred
- Diploma/certification in Film Making, Mass Communication or a related field (not mandatory)
Benefits / Compensation
₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skill level.
