WE ARE HIRING – BILLING ENGINEER

Project Location: Asansol, West Bengal
Project Type: Railway Construction – Bridge & OHT Works

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Billing Engineer for our ongoing railway construction project at Asansol.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of RA Bills, final bills, and running account bills as per railway specifications.
- Preparation and verification of BOQ, quantity calculations, and measurement sheets.
- Maintaining Measurement Books (MB) and coordinating for measurements with railway officials.
- Knowledge of railway GCC, tender conditions, technical specifications, and relevant USSOR/DSR items.
- Preparation of extra item statements, deviation statements, and variation claims.
- Billing and quantity estimation for bridge construction, RCC works, foundations, reinforcement, shuttering, and OHT (Overhead Tank) works.
- Maintaining daily progress reports, reconciliation of materials, and project documentation.




- Coordination with site engineers, project managers, and railway authorities for bill certification.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant experience in railway construction billing, preferably in bridge and OHT projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity estimation.
- Valuable understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and measurement procedures.
- Ability to independently prepare and follow up on bills.

Experience: 3–5 years preferred, with relevant railway project experience.
