We are looking for a hands-on Accounting and Finance Manager to oversee finance, accounts, taxation, and statutory compliance across multiple group companies. The candidate will work directly with the promoter and manage day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and working capital.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts, general ledgers, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable across group companies.
- Manage GST returns, TDS, income tax coordination, audits, and applicable Companies Act, MCA, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor steel inventory, stock reconciliation, purchase and sales transactions, processing costs, and product-wise profitability.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering sales, margins, expenses, inventory, receivables, payables, and company-wise financial performance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely compliance.
- Work with Tally, and improve financial controls and reporting processes.

Requirements





- 5–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, preferably in steel trading, steel processing, metal trading, or manufacturing.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting, GST, taxation, statutory compliance, inventory accounting, and working capital management.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial MIS reporting.
- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification; CA/CMA candidates may also apply.
- Ability to independently manage multiple group entities and work directly with the promoter.

Preference will be given to candidates currently working with steel trading, processing, or manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
