We are looking for a skilled and creative Video Editor to join our team on an onsite, part-time basis (25 hours per week). In this role, you will be the creative force behind our visual storytelling, responsible for taking raw footage and transforming it into polished, engaging content for both long-form and short-form platforms.

If you have an eye for pacing, strong technical editing skills, and a solid understanding of YouTube and social media trends, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities

- Long-Form Editing: Edit and complete in-depth long-form videos tailored for YouTube, ensuring high retention, smooth narrative flow, and engaging visual pacing.
- Short-Form Content Creation: Repurpose and create agile, high-impact Reels and short-form clips for Instagram and other social channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Post-Production Execution: Take raw footage from start to finish—handling cutting, audio cleanup, color grading, basic motion graphics, subtitles/captions, and final exporting.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all videos align with our brand's aesthetic, tone,

and quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team onsite to brainstorm ideas, review cuts, and meet publishing deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing both long-form YouTube videos and short-form social media reels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve). Familiarity with basic motion graphics and sound design is a strong plus.
- Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with YouTube best practices, pacing, and short-form content trends across Instagram and other platforms.
- Availability: Comfortable working onsite for 25 hours a week.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage raw footage efficiently, maintain organized project files, and deliver polished work independently under deadlines.
