- We are looking for an experienced and result oriented Plant Manager to fully manage daily plant operations, ensuring production and quality targets are met.
- The educational qualifications required are a Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience of 12 years or more in a small or medium sized manufacturing company with experience in plant management, quality control, production planning, safety compliance and manpower management.
- The candidate should have good technical knowledge, strong people management skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with shop floor and office personnel,
as well as senior management and customers.
- Experience in ISO management systems, Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen,handling customer audits and quality complaints, inventory control, preventive maintenance is necessary.
- The candidate should be mature, dependable, practical and self motivated, and be capable of taking independent decisions when required and be able to escalate key issues promptly.
- The candidate will be reporting to the Managing Director.
