- Source and procure mechanical components, raw materials, fabricated parts, consumables
- Float RFQs, obtain quotations, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and prepare comparative statements.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual conditions with suppliers.
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) in ERP systems.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Design, Quality, and Stores departments for procurement activities.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery of purchased materials.
- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base for engineering and manufacturing requirements.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, quality issues, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.




- Track inventory levels and assist in procurement planning to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and vendor data.
- Support cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing and value engineering.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
