We are hiring an Architectural Draftsman with at least 3 years of hands-on Autodesk Revit experience and solid knowledge of GFC (Good For Construction) drawings. You will turn approved design concepts into accurate, coordinated Revit models and site-ready drawing sets.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare complete GFC (Good For Construction) drawing sets: plans, elevations, sections, door/window/finish schedules, and construction details.
- Develop and maintain architectural models in Autodesk Revit, from concept stage through GFC issue, using families, views, sheets and schedules correctly.
- Create and edit custom Revit families, parametric components and details as project needs require.
- Convert architect sketches, markups and approved design changes into accurate drawings within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, interior and landscape consultants; resolve clashes using Revit linking and Navisworks reports where required.
- Apply office CAD/BIM standards for layers, line weights, annotations, title blocks and sheet numbering.
- Track and issue drawing revisions with clear revision clouds, revision tables and a controlled drawing register.
- Cross-check dimensions, levels, areas and quantities (door/window counts, floor finish areas) before every issue.
- Support site queries, respond to RFIs, and update as-built drawings after construction changes.
- Print, plot and export drawings (PDF, DWG, IFC) as required by clients, consultants and contractors.
- Maintain organised project files, naming conventions and backups on the server or cloud.





Required Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma in Architecture / Architectural Assistantship, ITI (Draughtsman Civil), or B.Arch / B.Tech (Civil); equivalent qualification considered.
- Minimum 3 years of qualified experience as an architectural draftsman or BIM modeller.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Autodesk Revit Architecture on real projects, not only academic work.
- Proven experience preparing GFC drawing sets for residential, commercial or institutional projects.
- Working knowledge of construction details: masonry, RCC, flooring, waterproofing, false ceilings, staircases, toilets and facades.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and MEP drawings for coordination.

Technical Skills

- Autodesk Revit: Advanced: worksets, linked models, families, parameters, schedules, sheets, view templates, phasing, design options
- AutoCAD: Good: detailing, editing legacy DWG files, plotting
- GFC drawings: Complete set with dimensioned plans, sections, elevations, enlarged details, schedules and notes
- Codes and standards: Working knowledge of NBC (India), local building bye-laws and IS drawing conventions
- Coordination: Navisworks or equivalent clash review; consultant drawing overlay

Personal qualities

- High attention to detail and accuracy in dimensions and annotations
- Ability to work independently and meet drawing issue deadlines
- Clear communication with architects, consultants and site teams
- Willingness to take feedback and revise drawings quickly
- Positive time management across multiple projects
