Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Software Developer Intern (Fresher) who is passionate about technology and eager to learn software development. The intern will assist the development team in building, testing, and maintaining applications while gaining hands-on industry experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and testing software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Support debugging and fixing technical issues
- Work with senior developers on real-time projects
- Participate in code reviews and team discussions
- Maintain project documentation
- Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and technologies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java / Python / C / C++ / JavaScript/ PHP
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL – basic level)
- Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of React / Angular / Node.js
- Basic understanding of Git / Version Control
- Awareness of API concepts
- Any academic or personal project experience
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E /BCA / MCA / B.Sc (IT/CS) or equivalent
- Freshers or final-year students are welcome
Internship Structure & Stipend
- First Month: Training and performance evaluation period. No stipend will be provided during this period.
- From the Second Month: A stipend of ₹5,000 per month will be provided to interns who successfully meet the company's performance expectations.
- Permanent Employment: Based on technical skills, performance, discipline, learning ability, and business requirements, selected candidates may be considered for a permanent position with compensation as per company policy.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per year
