What Will You Do?

- ERP Software Support: Assist clients with ERP software usage and day-to-day operational queries.
- Customer Assistance: Understand customer concerns and provide timely, effective solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Identify software issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
- Client Training: Guide users on software features and help them use the system efficiently.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain skilled communication and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Reports & Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and Word.
- Customer Satisfaction:



Deliver reliable support and ensure a smooth customer experience.

What Are We Looking For?

- Basic knowledge of accounting and business transactions.
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
