JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor with strong exposure to textile/garment manufacturing, inventory auditing, costing, bill verification, and financial controls. The role will focus on identifying discrepancies, monitoring controls, and improving operational and financial accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct stock verification and inventory reconciliation.

- Audit raw materials, fabric, yarn, and finished-goods inventory.

- Verify job-worker stock and outstanding inventory.

- Analyse process losses, variances, and cost differences.

- Review costing and production-related financial data.

- Verify supplier and vendor bills with supporting documents.

- Audit bills and monitor pending bills and liabilities.

- Prepare MIS reports covering yarn, fabric, processing, and production.

- Conduct budget vs.



actual cost analysis and identify variances.

- Verify ERP adjustments and accounting entries.

- Review operational expenses and supporting records.

- Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Accounts, Production, Stores, and Management teams.

- Support internal and statutory audit requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent Commerce qualification.

- 4–7 years of relevant experience.

- Textile/garment manufacturing or export industry experience preferred.

- Robust knowledge of inventory auditing and costing.

- Experience in vendor/supplier bill verification.

- Knowledge of Axpert ERP.

- Knowledge of Tally Prime.

- Strong MS Excel skills.

- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.

- Good understanding of textile production and inventory movement preferred.
