The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating and converting business opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, following up on leads, and driving sales closures. The role requires robust communication, customer-handling, and persuasion skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and engage with potential B2B customers through calls and other sales channels
- Conduct sales discussions, understand customer requirements, and present suitable products/services
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to drive conversions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
- Negotiate with prospects and close sales successfully
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities to achieve assigned targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- B2B: 1 year (Preferred)
- Client Handling: 1 year (Required)
- Call Conversion: 1 year (Required)
