Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Project Coordinator to support lead generation, customer relationship management, sales coordination, proposal preparation, and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing enquiries from initial contact through proposal, follow-up, order closure, and post-sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with existing and prospective customers on enquiries and ensure timely resolution of queries through to closure.
- Conduct cold calls and other business development activities to generate recent leads and identify potential customers.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process, including receiving enquiries, understanding customer requirements, requirement analysis, preparing proposals, follow-ups, negotiation support, and order coordination.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documents tailored to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical, project, production, and dispatch teams to provide accurate information to customers.
- Regularly update customers regarding order and delivery status and ensure accurate delivery-related entries in the company's software/system.
- Make direct efforts to improve the customer experience at the point of sales and throughout the sales cycle.
- Identify new business opportunities, industries, applications, and potential customers for company products and services.
- Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Track pending enquiries and follow up systematically to improve enquiry-to-order conversion.
- Assist in preparing customized proposals and presentations to attract new customers and strengthen business opportunities.
- Participate in customer meetings, discussions, exhibitions, and other business development activities when required.

Pay: ₹20,891.13 - ₹42,525.25 per month
