Job OverviewThe F&B; Service Steward delivers a welcoming dining experience for hotel guests while maintaining high standards of hygiene, table presentation, and service efficiency. You will work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and waiters to ensure smooth service operations.Key Responsibilities

- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, escort them to tables, present menus, and explain daily specials.
- Order Taking & Delivery: Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar, and serve items with proper etiquette.
- Table Management: Set up tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments before service; clear dirty plates and reset tables as guests depart.
- Station Readiness:



Restock side stations with trays, napkins, glassware, and silverware throughout the shift.
- Hygiene & Safety: Comply with local health, sanitation, and safety regulations, ensuring all service areas and tableware remain spotless.
- Team Support: Assist waitstaff, kitchen personnel, and banquet teams during high-volume events or peak dining hours.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: High school diploma or a certification/diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of prior experience as an F&B; steward, server, or hospitality trainee.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced, high-pressure hotel environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and menu items.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
