Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Field Manager to identify and mobilise women candidates through community outreach, NGO partnerships and local recruitment networks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit NGOs, women's associations, SHGs and community organisations to identify potential candidates.

* Build relationships with driving schools, colleges and skill development centres.

* Conduct field visits, awareness meetings and recruitment camps.

* Explain job opportunities, salary, incentives and training support to candidates.





* Generate candidate leads and coordinate with the HR team for interviews and onboarding.

* Maintain partner databases, lead trackers and daily field visit reports.

* Develop referral networks and improve candidate conversions.

Required Skills:

* 2–4 years of experience in field recruitment, community mobilisation or staffing.

* Solid relationship-building and communication skills.

* Telugu and Hindi communication; basic English preferred.

* Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad.

* Experience working with NGOs and women's self-help groups is an advantage.
