Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations for a women-driven mobility service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle end-to-end recruitment of women bike riders and cab drivers.

* Develop recruitment strategies and manage bulk hiring.

* Coordinate with NGOs, SHGs, colleges and driving schools.

* Supervise recruitment drives, interviews and candidate follow-ups.

* Manage employee onboarding, documentation and verification.

* Oversee attendance,



payroll inputs and incentive administration.

* Handle employee engagement and grievance management.

* Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards and hiring trackers.

Required Skills:

* 3–5 years of experience in HR or recruitment.

* Strong knowledge of bulk hiring and HR operations.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Telugu and Hindi communication; working English.

* Ability to manage field recruitment and hiring targets.
