We are seeking a Tele Counsellor to join our Immigration Visa Firm in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing telephonic consultations to clients seeking immigration and visa services. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to guide clients through the visa application process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic consultations with clients regarding immigration and visa services.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on the visa application process.
- Assist clients in preparing necessary documentation for their visa applications.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues related to their visa applications.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients.
- Knowledge of immigration laws and visa processes in India.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
