URGENT HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for a real estate company

Location: Bhayali / Gotri and sevasi,Halol Vadodara, Gujarat

Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 per month

Perks: Performance based Incentives and fuel charges

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

. Should visit clients for sale. purposes

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Visit potential clients and explain the project/site details professionally.

- Coordinate with clients and accompany them on site visits.

- Provide detailed information about the site, location, features, and available offerings.

- Handle client queries, negotiations, and deal closures.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into business.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.





- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client handling and business development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

. 5+years of experience in real estate business development manager

. MBA or post graduation in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

- Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

- Good client-handling and relationship-management abilities.

- Presentable, confident, and target-oriented personality.

- Must be comfortable with client meetings and regular site visits.

- Previous experience in business development, sales, real estate, or client servicing will be preferred.
