- 1-2 years of experience in IT procurement or purchasing.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SAP.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Procurement Executive to manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, accessories, and other technology-related products. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of procurement processes, SAP, and Material Management (MM), along with good vendor coordination and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of IT goods, equipment, hardware, software, and accessories.
- Handle purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), and vendor quotations.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, product availability, delivery timelines, and negotiations.
- Work closely with internal IT and other departments to understand procurement requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of IT products while maintaining cost efficiency.




- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate for stock replenishment.
- Process procurement transactions using SAP and Material Management (MM).
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in B.Tech, B.Sc., or any relevant discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT procurement or purchasing.
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of SAP.
- Basic understanding of SAP Material Management (MM).
- Knowledge of IT hardware, software, peripherals, and related products.
- Good vendor management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Solid coordination, documentation, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Candidates with experience in IT hardware and software procurement will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement requests efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
