Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Network & Cybersecurity Engineer with 10+ years of strong technical experience across enterprise networking, network security, cybersecurity solutions, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be an all-round technical professional with hands-on experience in designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and managing both networking and cybersecurity environments. The candidate should have strong exposure to enterprise security solutions such as PAM, SIEM, NAC, MFA, EDR/XDR, along with firewalls, VPN, network security, routing, switching, wireless, and security monitoring. The role requires the ability to understand customer environments end-to-end, troubleshoot complex technical issues, participate in solution design, lead implementations, and work closely with customers, OEMs, and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Network Infrastructure & Architecture
· Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
· Work on LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, routing, and switching environments.
· Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and static routing.
· Manage VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, VRF, QoS, IP addressing, and network segmentation.
· Work with enterprise switching and routing platforms from OEMs such as Cisco, Aruba, HPE, Juniper, and equivalent platforms.
· Troubleshoot complex network connectivity, latency, routing, and performance issues.
· Design highly available and resilient network architectures.
· Perform network capacity planning and optimisation. 2. Network Security & Firewall
· Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise firewall solutions.
· Strong hands-on experience with Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
· Work with security platforms such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Cisco,



and equivalent technologies.
· Configure and manage: 1. Firewall policies 2. NAT 3. VPN 4. IPS/IDS 5. Application control 6. Web filtering 7. URL filtering 8. SSL inspection 9. Security profiles 10. High Availability
· Troubleshoot firewall and security policy-related connectivity issues.
· Review and optimise firewall rules and security configurations.
· Participate in network security architecture and segmentation projects. 3. Privileged Access Management (PAM)
· Hands-on experience with PAM solutions and privileged account security.
· Manage privileged accounts, credentials, and access policies.
· Configure privileged session monitoring and recording.
· Implement password vaulting and credential rotation.
· Control and monitor administrative access to critical infrastructure.
· Work with PAM solutions such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or equivalent platforms.
· Troubleshoot PAM integration and access-related issues. 4. Security Information & Event Management (SIEM)
· Robust understanding of SIEM architecture, log collection, correlation, monitoring, and incident investigation.
· Work with platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, IBM QRadar, or equivalent SIEM solutions.
· Integrate logs from:
· Firewalls o Servers o Network devices o Endpoints o Applications o Active Directory o Cloud environments
· Develop and manage security monitoring and correlation rules.
· Analyse security alerts and support incident investigation.
· Assist SOC teams in identifying suspicious activities and security events. 5. Network Access Control (NAC)
· Hands-on experience with Network Access Control solutions.
· Configure and manage device authentication and access policies.
· Work with Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, FortiNAC, or equivalent NAC solutions.
· Implement 802.1X authentication.
· Integrate NAC with Active Directory, RADIUS, certificates, and endpoint security solutions.
· Implement network segmentation and role-based access control.
· Troubleshoot authentication, authorisation, and endpoint onboarding issues. 6. Endpoint Detection & Response / XDR
· Strong understanding of EDR/XDR technologies and endpoint security.
· Experience with solutions such as: o CrowdStrike o Microsoft Defender for Endpoint o SentinelOne o Trend Micro o Sophos o Equivalent EDR/XDR platforms
· Monitor and investigate endpoint security alerts.
· Support endpoint threat detection, containment, and remediation.
· Integrate endpoint security solutions with SIEM and other security platforms.
· Assist in endpoint security policy implementation and optimization. 7.



Multi-Factor Authentication & Identity Security
· Strong understanding of MFA, authentication, authorisation, and identity security.
· Experience implementing MFA for users, administrators, VPN, applications, and privileged accounts.
· Exposure to solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID, Duo, Okta, RSA, or equivalent platforms.
· Work with Active Directory, LDAP, RADIUS, SSO, and certificate-based authentication.
· Troubleshoot authentication and access-related issues. 8. Security Architecture & Solution Design
· Analyse customer requirements and design appropriate network and security solutions.
· Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
· Develop network and security architecture diagrams.
· Perform security solution sizing and technical evaluation.
· Participate in Proof of Concept (POC) activities.
· Evaluate different OEM technologies based on customer requirements.
· Provide technical recommendations and solution proposals.
· Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, highly available, and aligned with business requirements. 9. Implementation & Project Delivery
· Lead and execute complex network and cybersecurity implementation projects.
· Plan implementation activities, migration, testing, and rollback procedures.
· Coordinate with customers, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams.
· Perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
· Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
· Prepare implementation documents, test reports, and handover documents.
· Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for technical teams and customers. 10. Incident Management & Troubleshooting
· Provide L2/L3 and senior-level technical support for complex network and security incidents.
· Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents.
· Troubleshoot issues across network, firewall, endpoint, identity, and security platforms.
· Handle escalations from internal teams and customers.
· Coordinate with OEM TAC/support teams when required.
· Prepare RCA reports and recommend preventive measures. 11. Customer & Technical Consultation
· Act as a senior technical point of contact for enterprise customers.
· Understand customer infrastructure, security requirements, and business objectives.
· Conduct technical discussions and solution workshops.
· Participate in customer meetings and technical presentations.
· Provide recommendations for improving network performance and security posture.
· Support pre-sales teams with technical presentations, solution discussions, and estimations. 12. OEM & Technology Partner Coordination Work with major technology vendors and OEMs, including:
