As a Sales Intelligence Associate you will be responsible for empowering our sales teams by equipping them with the vital data and insights needed to identify, understand, and engage key buyers. The role requires a strong focus on maintaining the integrity of our Salesforce CRM, in addition to, researching and building targeted contact and account data for our sellers. This will be achieved through meticulous data management, proactive account research, and close collaboration with Sales Intelligence team members across both the US and EU regions while ensuring all organizational data remains accurate, complete, and consistent.

Key Responsibilities
• CRM Data Management & Optimization: Handle account grading, contact enrichment, duplicate record merging, and account hierarchy structure.
• Prospecting & Contact Enrichment: Leverage our sales tech stack to discover, create, and enrich contacts in Salesforce across target buyer personas.
• Account Research: Research target accounts to help uncover sales opportunities and ensure our total addressable market (TAM) coverage is comprehensive.
• Reporting & Documentation: Build and maintain operational reports, while documenting and refining core processes.




• GTM Support: Execute ad hoc data and research projects supporting various Go-To-Market priorities. Key Requirements
• Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to articulate questions and needs clearly (given our asynchronous collaboration).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (handling large datasets) and hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data integrity and operational excellence.
• Resourceful and self-directed; able to follow process documentation, work independently, and collaborate within a global team.
• A curious, fast learner who is motivated to empower our sales teams.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales intelligence, data management, or a related role (relevant internships/project experience included). Why Applause?
