₹25,000–₹40,000 per Month Incentives: Up to 20% of Monthly Salary (Extra) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Sales Engineer to generate new business and drive sales of industrial products across Odisha.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales across industrial segments.
• Promote and sell industrial products such as Electric Motors, Industrial Pumps, Air Compressors, Industrial Valves and Valve Positioners.
• Visit industries, factories, manufacturing plants and project sites to generate business.
• Build relationships with Purchase Managers, Maintenance Heads, Plant Heads and Project Engineers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up to close orders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new project opportunities.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain customer relationships and submit regular sales and visit reports. Requirements
• 4–5 years of experience in industrial / technical sales.
• Diploma in Engineering preferred.
• Experience selling industrial products such as motors, pumps, compressors or valves will be an advantage.
• Positive communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel across assigned locations in Odisha.
