Join us in making every talent moment phenomenal Job Summary As a Product Manager at Phenom, you will drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution for scalable enterprise SaaS solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, enhance application performance, improve system reliability, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong product management experience, with a solid understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Observability, and enterprise application performance.

What You'll Do
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Product Development: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirement gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
• APM & Observability: Drive product capabilities around application performance monitoring, observability, system health, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering teams to understand application architecture, performance bottlenecks, logs, metrics, traces, and monitoring requirements.
• Customer Insights: Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify challenges, gather feedback, and translate requirements into product enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Product Metrics: Define success metrics,



track product adoption and performance, and drive data-driven improvements.
• Agile Delivery: Manage product backlogs, user stories, prioritization, and releases using JIRA and Agile methodologies. What You've Done
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or B2B technology products.
• Strong understanding of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts, tools, and practices.
• Hands-on exposure or strong working knowledge of Observability, including logs, metrics, distributed tracing, monitoring, and alerting.
• Understanding of application performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand technical architecture and collaborate with Engineering teams on performance and monitoring solutions.
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and managing end-to-end product delivery.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and enterprise application architecture.
• Familiarity with Applied AI and workflow automation.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Recent Relic, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Benefits
