The Deputy Manager – Product Marketing (Power) will own the end‑to‑end management of NEDS' Power product range, driving market penetration, profitability, and innovation. You will work closely with Sales, R&D;, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to translate market insights into winning product strategies, pricing models, and enablement tools for both B2B project and B2C retail channels. Responsibilities
• Manage the assigned Power product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from concept to end‑of‑life.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies, margin analysis, and profitability targets.
• Provide technical support and application guidance to Sales and Business Development teams.
• Design and deliver product training programs for internal teams and channel partners.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities with Sales, R&D;, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain for product launches and enhancements.
• Create and update product literature, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Monitor product performance metrics and recommend corrective actions.




• Support the development of new product concepts based on market and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards and safety regulations. Qualifications
• 3–8 years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing, preferably in the Power sector.
• Hands‑on experience with Power distribution products, electrical faults, and application‑based product selection.
• Proven ability to conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification.
• Robust knowledge of pricing strategy, margin analysis, and profitability management.
• Understanding of B2B (project) and B2C (retail) business models in the electrical industry.
• Excellent cross‑functional coordination and execution skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages.
• Familiarity with relevant electrical standards and regulations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
