As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage installation and commissioning processes, ensuring that all work is carried out according to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Train and mentor junior staff and subcontractors to ensure high standards of work.
