SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off & Time Tracking Consultant

India | Remote Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors consultant with robust hands-on expertise in Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Time Tracking/Time Entry. The role will focus on building in-house functional expertise, supporting ongoing AMS activities, working alongside the System Integrator (SI) during implementation, and managing future enhancements and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Tracking/Time Entry.
• Support configuration, enhancements, testing, defect resolution, and release-related changes across these modules.
• Work closely with the SI during implementation to review solutions, validate configurations, support testing, and build internal system knowledge.
• Provide ongoing AMS support, troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure adherence to support SLAs.




• Understand integrations between time management and payroll systems and support issue resolution in collaboration with integration and payroll teams.
• Maintain functional documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer and the development of in-house support capabilities. Required Experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Tracking/Time Entry.
• Experience in both configuration and AMS/application support.
• Experience working on global HR technology projects and supporting multi-country environments.
• Good understanding of time management processes and integration with payroll systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with the SI and internal teams.
• Experience in configuring global and local time schedules , absence types and reports Good to have: UKG/Kronos experience and exposure to SAP or third-party payroll integrations.
