The role at a glance We are hiring a senior sales leader to own our luxury residential business in Delhi NCR. You will win and deliver projects at the very top of the market: homes in addresses of the calibre of DLF Camellias, DLF Magnolias, DLF Golf Links, DLF Phase 1, Jor Bagh, etc. You will build, run and close your own pipeline, end to end. Experience:
6+ years in luxury sales, at least 3 in high-end residential interiors or furniture Compensation: No cap for the right candidate, plus 1% commission on sales

• Identify and secure bespoke furniture and decor projects in Delhi NCR's most prestigious residential addresses.
• Reach homeowners and families directly, and through the architects, interior designers, PMCs and family offices who advise them.
• Use your own network and referrals to open doors that cold outreach cannot. Own and run your pipeline
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified residential clients on your own, from first conversation to signed order.
• Keep forecasts, stages and next steps current in our CRM, and report pipeline health to leadership every week.




• Set your own targets with leadership and hit them: order value, conversion rate and number of active projects. Lead the client experience
• Host clients at our Gurgaon experience centre and at their homes, presenting our craft, materials and design process.
• Translate a client's taste and brief into a clear scope for our in-house design and production teams.
• Lead pricing, proposals and negotiation, protecting margin while delivering a premium experience.
• Stay the client's single point of contact through design approval, production, delivery and installation. Grow the business line
• Turn every finished home into referrals and repeat orders.
• Build lasting partnerships with leading architects and interior design studios.
• Bring back market insight on client tastes, competitors and pricing to shape our residential collections. Who you are Must have
• 6+ years in luxury sales, with at least 3 years selling high-end residential furniture, interiors, lighting, kitchens or similar bespoke products.
• A proven record of closing large residential orders with UHNI and HNI clients in Delhi NCR.
• An active personal network across Delhi's luxury residential market,



including leading architects and interior designers.
• Experience running your own pipeline with little supervision, from lead generation to closure.
• Polished, discreet and confident with demanding clients; you protect their privacy as a matter of course.
• Strong negotiation and commercial judgement, with comfort discussing large ticket sizes.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi. Good to have
• Background with a luxury furniture, interiors, or real estate brand.
• Understanding of materials, joinery, finishes and the bespoke manufacturing process.
• An eye for design and a feel for what makes a home feel truly personal.
• A degree in business, design or a related field.
