Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consultant to support implementation, configuration, enhancement, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
• 10+ Yrs hands-on experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Compensation, or other relevant modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM processes, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Payroll.
• Experience in configuration, customization, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ERP HCM.




• Ability to work closely with HR and business stakeholders.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues. Mandatory

Requirements:
• Solid hands-on experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors.
• Willingness to work onsite from Chennai or Coimbatore.
• Must be comfortable working exclusively in US time zones (Night Shift).
