Role Description The Warranty Manager is a full time, on-site role based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for managing all warranty-related activities, including processing claims, verifying eligibility, and coordinating with manufacturers and internal service teams. The Warranty Manager will monitor warranty costs, track recurring issues, and implement corrective actions to reduce repeat repairs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing service reports, maintaining accurate warranty records, preparing periodic reports, and ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer policies. The role also involves working closely with service advisors, technicians,



and customer service teams to resolve warranty concerns promptly and support a positive customer experience. Qualifications
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Solid understanding of Warranty processes, policies, and documentation, with the ability to manage claims accurately and efficiently.
• Experience in Aftersales operations, including coordination with service and parts departments to support post-purchase customer needs.
• Ability to deliver and support Training for service staff on warranty procedures, documentation standards, and customer handling.
• Prior experience in automotive service, dealership operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Relevant diploma or degree in automotive engineering, business, or a related discipline is an advantage.
