Hulladek Recycling aims to integrate recycling into everyday life, viewing its work as a social and environmental mission as much as a business. The company emphasizes awareness, responsibility, and community involvement in addressing the growing challenge of waste management. Role Description The Community Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. This role involves planning and executing community outreach initiatives, educational campaigns, and local events to promote responsible recycling and Hulladek’s services. The individual will manage social media and other marketing channels to engage communities, generate leads, and build brand awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing partnerships with local organizations and institutions, coordinating with internal teams to align messaging, tracking campaign performance, and supporting sales efforts through community-based marketing activities.



The role also requires representing Hulladek Recycling at workshops, conferences, and public forums to advocate for sustainable waste management practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including public speaking, presentation, and written communication.
• Candidates should possess Community Management skills, such as stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and relationship building.
• Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including campaign planning, brand promotion, and basic analytics.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills, such as content creation, channel management, and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead generation, client interaction, and conversion support.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with sustainability or waste management topics, proficiency in local languages, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in community-focused roles, NGOs, or impact-driven organizations will be considered an advantage.
