Job Description
Role Summary: The Lead Associate, Global Benefits & Total Rewards, will support the administration and delivery of global benefits and rewards programs across multiple countries. The role involves benefits administration, vendor coordination, HR analytics, employee support, and process improvement to ensure an efficient and positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer global employee perks programs including medical, insurance, wellness, retirement, and leave plans.
• Processing experience for Benefit and Total rewards
• Support annual compensation and rewards activities such as salary reviews, bonus administration, and market benchmarking.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate benefits delivery.
• Handle employee queries related to benefits and total rewards programs.




• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and data analysis using HRIS systems and Excel.
• Support benefits enrolment, audits, compliance activities, and process documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to company policies and local regulations. Required

Qualifications:
• Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Operations.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and multi-country benefits programs.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to HR system (Workday).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred
