About the Role
We’re looking for a individual to take complete ownership of our two-wheeler showroom — including sales, operations, team management, customer experience, and profitability. The ideal candidate has prior experience in *two-wheeler retail/showroom management*, strong knowledge of the bike market, and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Own day-to-day showroom operations, sales, revenue, and profitability.
* Drive monthly sales targets and improve walk-in-to-sale conversions.
* Manage the complete customer journey — enquiry, test ride, negotiation, booking, and delivery.
* Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team.
* Set targets and track leads, follow-ups, test rides, bookings, and conversions.
* Drive local marketing, referrals, and on-ground activities to increase walk-ins.
* Handle customer queries, negotiations, and escalations effectively.
* Ensure smooth coordination across documentation, vehicle preparation,



and delivery.
* Maintain strong knowledge of two-wheeler models, pricing, features, and market trends.
* Track key retail metrics including conversion, average ticket size, inventory, revenue, and costs.
* Take ownership of showroom efficiency, customer experience, and overall P&L.; What We’re Looking For
* Experience in *two-wheeler retail, automobile sales, showroom management, or dealership operations*.
* Prior experience managing a bike showroom/dealership is strongly preferred.
* Proven ability to lead sales teams and achieve targets.
* Strong customer handling, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Good understanding of two-wheeler customer behaviour and retail metrics.
* Passion for bikes and genuine interest in interacting with customers.
* Hands-on, target-driven, and strong ownership mindset.
