Role Description The Senior Project Engineering role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end engineering activities for solar and energy storage projects, including detailed project planning, design review, and technical coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and validating electrical and structural designs, overseeing installation and commissioning work, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards. The Senior Project Engineer will collaborate with project managers, procurement, and site teams to monitor progress, mitigate risks,



optimize technical solutions, and resolve issues in a timely manner. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers, preparing technical documentation and reports, and contributing to continuous improvement in engineering processes and best practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills with experience in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning capabilities, including scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proven experience in utility-scale or commercial solar project execution, including design review and on-site coordination.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices for solar PV and energy storage systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, use engineering and design software, and prepare clear technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a energetic, field-focused environment.
