They serve industries from Aerospace to Packaging, providing solutions that result in significant reductions in design cycle time. Their expertise includes FEA, CFD, DEM, and MBD for design analysis, validation, and optimization. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CAE/FEA Engineer at KNOWLEDGE STREAM. The CAE/FEA Engineer will be responsible for conducting finite element analysis, computational fluid dynamics, discrete elements methodology, and multi-body dynamics. Daily tasks include design analysis, validation, and optimization to achieve efficient and cost-effective solutions. Profile: ME/MTech or BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 yrs of exp. Working knowledge of CAE Software’s. (Hyper Mesh, Opti struct, Nastran /NX Nastran) Should have worked on live customer FEA projects Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Should be capable of doing BIW mesh, plastic components mesh, solid mesh. Should have a deep understanding of Mechanical Engineering Minimum 1 year of experience in Hyper mesh 3D and 2D meshing Experience in Hyper works tools for linear analysis Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in Hyper Mesh,



Opti struct Experience working with plastic and metallic components Experience writing technical reports Experience conducting correlations with experimental data Experience creating computer programs, any language (Optional skill/experience)

Job Description
The selected candidate would work on customer projects. Should be able to handle projects independently. Job Content will include: Interaction with customer to understand the problem, deciding on the methodology for FE analysis, completion of the analysis and submission of the report. Have valuable verbal and writing communication skills Ability to work independently and within group, good team player Ability to work with external and internal customers to solve open issues Ability of negotiation Ability to propose new design ideas and countermeasures to solve technical issues Ability to work under pressure to achieve customer due dates Perform linear static analysis using Hyper works tools Perform nonlinear static analysis Conduct correlation studies between FEA and physical testing Write technical reports Provide or receive technical trainings according the CAE development plan
