Role Description The Information Technology Manager will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and applications to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations. This full-time, on-site role in Canada includes managing hardware and software assets, maintaining networks and servers, and ensuring data security and backup processes are in place. The individual will coordinate with leadership and operational teams to support immigration case management systems, CRM tools, and other business applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring system performance, managing user access and permissions, overseeing IT vendors and service providers,



and documenting procedures and policies. The IT Manager will also lead small technology projects, support digital communication tools, and help align IT strategies with business goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust IT infrastructure and systems management skills, including experience with networks, servers, operating systems, and cloud-based tools.
• Candidates should possess skills in information security and data protection, such as user access control, backup and recovery, and basic compliance with data privacy standards.
• Candidates should possess abilities in application support and troubleshooting, including CRM or case management systems, productivity suites, and collaboration platforms.
• Candidates should possess project coordination and vendor management skills, including planning minor IT upgrades, managing timelines, and working with external service providers.
• Candidates should possess robust communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and maintain IT procedures and records.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, are beneficial.
