Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Sales Representative role based in Durgapur. The Customer Sales Representative will assist customers in-store, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable ethnic fashion products across various categories. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, explaining product features and styling options, managing fitting room requests, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role also involves handling billing and payment processes, maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock on the sales floor, and keeping the store clean and organized.



The representative will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets, manage customer feedback, and support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns. Qualifications
• Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.
• Retail operations skills such as handling billing, managing cash or digital payments, and maintaining store displays and stock levels.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and respectfully with diverse customers and team members.
• Basic fashion sense and product knowledge, with an interest in ethnic and contemporary Indian fashion trends.
• Ability to work in office in Durgapur on a full-time schedule, including weekends and peak festive seasons as needed.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory; entry-level candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum educational qualification: completed secondary education; higher education in commerce, fashion, or related fields is an advantage.
