– IVF / Fertility Patient Counsellor
• Counsel patients and couples regarding fertility treatments, IVF procedures, and available treatment options.
• Explain treatment processes, timelines, packages, and financial aspects to prospective patients.
• Handle patient queries, provide emotional support, and build trust throughout the treatment journey.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient communication and follow-ups.
• Drive patient engagement, follow-ups, and treatment conversions while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Preferred
Experience:
Prior experience in patient counselling from IVF, fertility clinics, or reproductive healthcare is preferred.
