Role Description The BFSI / NBFC Trainer will design and deliver training programs for banking, financial services, and non-banking financial company (NBFC) professionals and aspiring talent. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing training content, creating case studies and real-world scenarios, conducting classroom sessions, workshops, and evaluations, and ensuring participants gain practical understanding of BFSI/NBFC products, processes, compliance, and customer service standards. The trainer will collaborate with corporate clients and internal teams to align training modules with current industry regulations, digital banking trends,



and organizational performance goals. This is a contract role, based on-site in Jaipur, requiring regular interaction with participants, HR teams, and business stakeholders, along with continuous updating of training material in line with evolving BFSI/NBFC practices. Qualifications
• Robust domain knowledge in BFSI and NBFC operations, including retail lending, credit assessment, collections, risk management, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
• Experience designing and delivering corporate training programs, with skills in curriculum development, instructional design, classroom facilitation, and learner assessment.
• Familiarity with financial products and services such as personal loans, business loans, microfinance, digital payments, and core banking systems.
• Ability to integrate practical tools and methodologies, including case-based learning, role plays, simulations, and performance-focused training interventions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and simplify complex financial concepts.
• Comfort with basic digital tools used in training delivery, such as presentation software, learning management systems, and online reporting tools.
• Prior experience in a BFSI or NBFC role (operations, sales, risk, compliance, or training) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications
